  • Delivery availability may vary depending on your location and the type of product ordered.

3. Delivery Time 

Estimated delivery times are:

  • Metro Cities: 2–5 business days

  • Other Cities & Towns: 4–7 business days

  • Remote Areas: 5–10 business days

4. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges are calculated based on the product, weight, dimensions, and delivery location.

  • Any applicable shipping charges will be displayed during checkout before payment.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS (where available) so you can monitor your shipment.

6. Delivery of Heavy Materials

Construction materials such as cement, steel, sand, bricks, tiles, and other bulky products may require special transportation. Delivery schedules for these items may vary depending on availability, vehicle access, and delivery location.

7. Delivery Attempts

If no one is available to receive the order, our delivery partner may attempt redelivery or contact you to arrange a suitable delivery time.

8. Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive damaged, defective, or incorrect products, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the product. We will review the issue and provide an appropriate resolution.
